Biofeedback Essentials

Learn the basics of muscle response testing in one day and start asking your body what it needs: which food suits you now, how you respond to stress and to the activities of your day.

Most entry-level kinesiology courses teach muscle testing, anatomy, Chinese medicine and massage all at once. That is too much for most beginners. Biofeedback Essentials, created by Dr. Ludovico Feletto, teaches only what you need to start: how to perform a reliable muscle response test, how to check your body’s response to food, stress and daily activities, and simple techniques to improve your quality of life. It is already taught by instructors in several countries.

The day

A one-day course in four 90-minute sessions:

1. Introduction to muscle response testing and how to find a reliable indicator muscle
2. Food testing
3. Emotions and stress relief
4. Lifestyle and habits, and a review of the complete protocol

What you will study

• Why we all need a biofeedback method: definitions, autonomy, the Triangle of Health
• The muscle response test: specific and indicator muscles, anterior and middle deltoid, performing the test, emotional, biochemical and structural challenges, thymus tap, verbal questioning, self-testing
• How food affects our health: food sensitivity mode, “is it detrimental for me here and now?”, food categories
• Lifestyle and habits: time, space, routines, finances, physical activity, mental wellness, social connections, eating habits, learning, rest and stress management, with a complete checklist to test
• Emotions, thoughts and stress: emotions in Traditional Chinese Medicine, finding an associated emotion, Emotional Stress Relief and other basic techniques
• The full protocol
