Muscles are the basic tool in the Kinesiology practice. In the Knowlative Muscle Atlas you find a complete and detailed anatomic description of every skeletal muscle of the body with at least one associated muscle test. If you need a quick reference for muscles you test daily here you can find it. If you want to test other muscles to improve your deep understanding of the energy pattern of a joint or an anatomical region you can find here an easy study reference. The Muscle Atlas presents all body muscles divided in anatomical groups. We divided muscles in groups just to make them easy to study and memorize but this division is not always easy or univocal. When a muscle could be considered part of 2 different groups, we put it in both. For this reason some muscles are linked in more than a group... but are easy to find.
