Anna qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 from UCT. Since then she has continued to study various philosophies and approaches to health care. Anna is a certified orthopaedic manual therapist and sports physiotherapist. She has served on the committee for the Western Cape Sports Physiotherapy Group and for the Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Course in the Western Cape. She is also a certified kinesiologist and has studied various techniques of myofascial release, wedging (for shoes), dry needling, Dorn spinal alignment, manual bodywork and inner process work. Anna has a certification in non-medical hypnosis, a diploma in regression therapy, and she has completed a two year international certification in metaphysical healing.
Anna is also passionate about sound therapy as a complementary health care modality. She teaches sound healing and facilitates sound therapy sessions privately and for groups. She is currently implementing an outreach program to provide sound therapy to underprivileged communities in the Western Cape.
